Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 1987) is an American comedian and actress. She was a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2012, and then played on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. The actress is the daughter of actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City, the oldest of two children. Elliott is the daughter of Paula Niedert a talent coordinator and comedian Chris Elliott. Her grandfather was a radio comedian Bob Elliott. Her sister, who is younger than her, is actress Bridey Elliott they were both born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended high school at Immaculate High School in Danbury, Connecticut, where she acted in school plays and musicals. After finishing Immaculate High School in 2005 she enrolled at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but dropped out during the first year of her studies .In 2010 Elliott was a friend of another Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. The couple split in September of 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer, on September 3 on the 3rd of September, 2016. Edith Pepper Kennedy was born to the couple. Elliott was a student at The Groundlings, and then began performing and training for several sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), Los Angeles.
